The Best Care Policy Review includes reviewing key policies for Best Care workers (for PCAs, DSPs and administrative staff). This section includes a mix of browsing Best Care written policies and viewing / completing DHS training modules.

This training will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete. You can leave the training modules and return to them at a later time as needed.

After reviewing each policy topic, you will be prompted to take the a post-test. Please answer the post-test questions based on the information in the policy.

To access the policy for reference during the post-test, simply hit the back arrow on the top left of your screen. The post-test questions you have answered up until that point will be saved. Then click the "Completed. Let's Continue" button at the bottom of the policy screen to return to the post-test.
